Privacy Policy
At Costainvierte S.A. we process your personal data in accordance with the Ecuadorian Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP) and its Regulations. This document clearly explains what information we collect, what we use it for and what rights you can exercise.
2. Data we collect
Full name, email address and the content of the message submitted through the consultation form. We also register technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) when prior consent exists.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively to respond to your consultation, share information about the housing projects available in your region and — with your permission — send you periodic institutional communications. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the express consent you give when submitting the form, as well as on the legitimate interest of managing the pre-contractual relationship and complying with legal obligations applicable in Ecuador.
5. Retention
We keep data for 24 months from the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. Once that period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymised for statistical purposes.
6. Recipients
We may share information with technology providers acting as data processors (cloud hosting, transactional email, analytics) under contracts guaranteeing compliance with the LOPDP and safeguards equivalent to the European GDPR.
7. International transfers
Some providers are located outside Ecuador. In those cases we apply standard contractual clauses, impact assessments and reinforced security measures (encryption, pseudonymisation and access controls).
8. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion, opposition, portability and limitation of processing by writing to dpd@costainvierte.com with a copy of your ID. We will respond within a maximum of 15 days. You may also file a claim with the Ecuadorian Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — TLS 1.3 encryption, identity management, access logging and periodic audits — to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.
10. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory, operational or technological changes. We will always publish the current version on this same page with the last updated date.
