These Terms govern the access and use of the site costainvierte.com and of the related information services. By browsing or submitting a form you expressly accept this document.

1. Ownership

The site is operated by Costainvierte S.A., a stock company incorporated in Quito in 2015, Tax ID 1793214865001, registered with the Ecuadorian Superintendency of Companies under number 176542.

2. Nature of the service

The site provides general information about a private participation program in housing projects within Ecuador. The published information is informative in nature and does not by itself constitute a contractual offer, which is formalised solely through a written contract signed by the parties.

3. Eligibility requirements

To join the program, Ecuadorian citizenship or residency and an age between 40 and 65 years at the time of application must be demonstrated, as well as compliance with anti-money laundering requirements in force in Ecuador.

4. Permitted use

The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, morality and public order, refraining from attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or collecting information about other users.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, images, trademarks, logos and graphic elements of the site are the property of Costainvierte S.A. or of third parties who have authorised their use. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Risks

Participation in housing projects involves risks inherent to the Ecuadorian real estate market: delays in construction schedules, variations in building costs, regulatory changes and other external factors. Past results do not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of liability

Costainvierte S.A. does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the site, nor the absolute accuracy of the published information, without prejudice to the legal and contractual obligations established with each participant.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the site, its contents or these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect from their publication on this same page.

9. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of Quito, unless the law provides a different, non-extendable jurisdiction.
